I LOOK UP

God is Enough. God is forever faithful. God is my refuge and comfort. My human mind and emotions are often weak, but God rescues me just when life seems the toughest.
Found the following today and it has spoken and resonated within my soul all day. It gave me a spiritual reality check and gives me great comfort.
May this Bless and inspire those who read it.
God is Enough!!!

I LOOK UP

I looked down and I found
that everything looked bad,
I looked back and I saw
so many things that were sad.
I looked up and I could feel
the sun shine on my face,
I felt love, and I felt peace,
and Gods Heavenly grace.
I realized everyday what I needed to do,
No matter what I was doing,
or what I was going through.
If I looked down I missed the hope,
and the strength for the day,
If I looked back I’d dwell on things,
I could not change anyway.
But looking up I would find everything that I need,
I’d have a reason to keep trying,
knowing with God I could succeed.

Everyday as I pray I ask God for His will,
Knowing He takes care of me,
and no matter what He loves me still.
And when I’m down, and feeling like
there is no hope around,
I look up and I realize,
where true hope is found.
When I look back and I worry about,
what has already been done,
I look up and I see the battles over,
and my Father has won.
Yes looking up my soul is filled
with Gods peace, and Gods love,
My life is blessed everyday,
because of my Father above.

IS CHRIST YOUR ALL???

What can we Do For Christ???
Have we died to self? Does absolutely ALL of me belong to Christ?
Do we live a life that is separate and different from the world? Are we pursuing Holiness in our life through the indwelling power of the Holy Spirit?
Are our thoughts, actions and reactions to all in life reflective of the Holy Spirit and a changed person within?

This is a writing from another blog site. It is powerful and important to read, reflect on and allow the Holy Spirit to change or strengthen our life path here on earth.

HIS - ABSOLUTELY!
It's easy to miss, Philippians 1:1-'slaves of Jesus Christ' (doulos-Greek word). Not a servant, but a slave. Paul & Timothy belong to Jesus Christ-they are His property. Their will has been swallowed up in the will of Christ, their heart is saturated with the life of Another, their desire is single, undisputed-to please their Master, do His will, bring glory to His name. Wesley captures this spirit in his covenant service, "Put me to what you will, rank me with who you will...". Oswald Chambers says, "Be absolutely His!". Whether in what some would say is a big way, or in a simple way, those used of Christ, those who break the darkness with His light, who overwhelm the harshness & hatred of this world with love, who diffuse compassion in a selfish, uncaring world, those who do so are 'slaves of Christ.' These are the holy ones of God. These are His-bought with a price they glorify God with their bodies. Their lives speak of One greater who has invaded them with holy grace. Those who are filled with the Holy Spirit so that they are HIS! Their sacred journey is the road less traveled, the narrow path that leads to life, they are following in the footsteps of Jesus. The world does not understand, but it doesn't matter: grace produces a life beyond explanation. They are focused on the 'least of these.' Their reward is in the Master's affirmation, 'well done good & faithful servant'. They neither strive for recognition nor glory, Christ is their all. When all else in life is forgotten, they want to remember, I'm His & His forever!

ARE YOU READY?

And when the time is right,
The King of Kings will return.

Are we ready? What are the motives and intent of our heart and soul? What is the depth of our relationship with Christ? Do we Hunger and Thirst after Righteousness and to know more of Christ and our Heavenly Father? Do we spend time in God's Holy Word? Do we pray only to ask for things or help? Or do we pray to have fellowship with God, to Praise God and to Worship, Honor and Thank Him for the Sacrificial Blood of Christ His son for the sin of all?
Ready for the return of Jesus????

When the time was right,
   the sea parted,
   the walls fell down,
   the lions went hungry,
   the sun stood still,
   the Star appeared,
   the waves were calmed,
   the stone was rolled away,
   the Lord ascended...
And when the time is right

the King of Kings will return.

God is never early and He's never late--
He's always right on time and His plans for you are good.

The Promise, by Michael W. Smith

THE PROMISE
                                                                 by Michael W. Smith

Fear not
Oh, Israel
For there is peace
Still to come
A word to break
The silence

A promise
Set to bloom
The promise
To redeem us
One to free us
Break this silence
In the violence
In our hearts

Emmanuel is sure
To find us soon

The mighty rule
To Jesse's Star of truth
And bring us
Unto glory
Tell His story
Heal the broken
And restore Thee to His name

The star
Will guide us
To the humble place
Where Christ
The King
Reveals His earthly face

And we
Will see Emmanuel

God is with us

God is for us

God is in us

We will see

We're Singing Hallelujah
We're Singing Hallelujah

Emmanuel
Our God is with us

We'reSinging Hallelujah
We're Singing Hallelujah

Emmanuel
Our God is with us

We're Singing Hallelujah
We're Singing Hallelujah

Emmanuel
Our God is with us

We're Singing Hallelujah
All Glory and Honor To God Who Loves Mankind So Immensely!

THE BIRTHDAY OF A KING

THE BIRTHDAY OF A KING

In the little village of Bethlehem
There lay a child one day
And the sky was bright
With a holy light
O'er the place where Jesus lay.

Alleluia
O how the angels sang!
Alleluia
How it rang!

And the sky was bright
With a holy light
'Twas the birthday of a King.

Humble birthplace
But
O
How much God gave to us that day!
From the manger bed what a path has led,
WHAT A PERFECT HOLY WAY!

Alleluia
O how the angels sang!
Alleluia
How it rang!

And the sky was bright
With a Holy light

'Twas the birthday of a King

GO FORTH IN JESUS NAME

People of God arise and Go Forth in Jesus Name.

This song has great truth.

Thank you God for Your Might

Your light

And for a Faithful Jesus who

Never Changes.

Go Forth
By Carol Cymbala

So many live in darkness
With eyes that cannot see
Bound by chains of sin and shame
How they long to be set free

Searching for love and purpose
In a world that offers none
They need to hear of God’s great love
Through Jesus Christ his son

Chorus:
Go Forth in Jesus Name
Go Forth His word to proclaim
We are commissioned
To show man the way
Go forth in Jesus name
By his spirit in the power of His might
We will conquer the darkness
With His holiest light
Jesus is faithful
And He’ll never change

Go forth in Jesus name

Go forth(X3)
Go Forth in Jesus name

Chorus

THE LOVE GOD GIVES

THE LOVE GOD GIVES
God Almighty, creator and omnipotent one…
Perfect and Holy love for His creation.

God leaving His Heavenly Home
To become The Blood Sacrifice
For the sin of all mankind.
God humbly came as a babe in a manger,
His desire ….
To Be Emmanuel, God With Us
God For Us, and
God In Us.
Jesus….
Teacher, Healer but most important
Holy and ever obedient
To bring God all Glory, Honor and Praise.
Jesus, a humble servant.
A peaceful and compassionate
Example for all.
The unconditional, sacrificial Blood gift
Of forgiveness…
Restoring man’s bond with God.
Love for us so immense,
It is hard to fathom.
Can we give Him our all?
He gives a love beyond words.
The intent and motive of our heart.
Hunger and thirst for more of God…
An intimate relationship.
The one we obey,
The one we learn from,
The one we trust,
The one who guides our life,
The one who comforts us,
God, the one who loves us so much.
All Thanks and Praise Go to You
Our Holy God.
